We are an online creative studio providing design services to creatives and small businesses.
While browsing this website, you may notice the use of pronouns “We” and “I”. They both refer to Moya Anne Djigbenou, the freelance designer owing this digital space.
Important: The visual content (photos & videos) on this site is either owned by Studio Collipy, bought or from free stock. We use some of these images to create our demo websites. We do not claim ownership of any of those. If we have used one of your images, kindly reach out to us for the credit.
Collection of personal information
When you access or use Studio Collipy, you may be asked you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, Studio Collipy may ask that you provide us personal information, such as: your name, e-mail address and if you purchase products we will require your credit card and or PayPal details. If you do not fill out any forms, Studio Collipy collects nothing about you other than your browser type, OS type and IP address for our website statistics.
How your personal information is used
Studio Collipy collects your information strictly for billing, licensing and marketing. If you order a product that is to be electronically downloaded, for example, the information is used to verify credit cards, issue the appropriate license receipts and to maintain your customer history.
Protection of your personal information
The personal information that you provide is protected in several ways. We recommend that you do not share your order details with anyone as it may be used to access your personal information. In addition, your personal information resides on a secure server that only select Studio Collipy personnel may access via password. Studio Collipy protects your credit card transaction using SSL encryption and thereby prevents unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is being transmitted to Studio Collipy. We do not record or keep your full credit card information after your order has been placed.
How long we retain your personal information
If you enter your details, its metadata is retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. They may be released to the authorities for legal purposes.
The rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
When you visit studiocollipy.com, you can use the site anonymously and access most information without revealing your identity. In order to enable our shopping cart and the full functions of our website, we use ‘cookies’ for automated administration purposes. A cookie is small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you – unfortunately not a snack. It functions as your id card, helping to correlate your passwords, purchases, and preferences to your personal browser. It cannot be executed as code or deliver any type of viruses.
